I wanted to use this blog as tribute and memory of my friend Rick Heimburger. I want everyone to post their fondest memory of Rick as we celebrate his life and influence, and faithfulness he demonstrated in his life.

My memory of Rick comes when we stayed at his house during the New Bruanfels Lectureship a couple of years ago. Rick and Jennifer opened their home to us and we just had the best time in the world as Rick cracked his jokes and kidding around. Then there was the basketball game that we played in the front yard. It was me, Adrian , and Rachel vs Rick, Tyler, and Preston and we beat them pretty good as Rachel and Adrian sunk shots, as I ran interference! We had a blast and will forever be apart of my memory of Rick. I love you Rick and look forward to seeing you again.
